All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Because we work with multiple global suppliers to offer the best prices, shipping times vary by location.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–20 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Australia: 7–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high‑volume seasons.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers are provided for most orders. Please allow 3–5 days after shipment for tracking information to update in the system.

If your tracking number shows “No Information Available,” it may still be in transit.

Multiple‑Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to speed up delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers (if available) for each shipment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Natural events or carrier issues

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
